Today I went to see a neurologist. Although I've had CH for 15 years, this is the first time I've seen a neurologist, because this is the first time I have health insurance. She wants to do a MRI and another test that looks at the blood vessels in my head (similar to a MRI). Have any of you had tests like these? Are these tests necessary?
I expect, if I'm being attacked, they will see on the MRI a small, mean looking beast with porcupine quills. He will be holding a razor-sharp chisel and a mallet. The doc will then notice this small, mean beast carving his initials into the back of my right eyeball. Then he gets excited and he jumps around until the quills stuck in the back of my eyeball. There he just hangs, twitching and wiggling every few seconds until he falls asleep.
Seriously, anyone ever had a MRI?
