I've lost weight too, with this cycle. But I think its because of the meds (depakote, ritalin, indocin at night, imitrex spray if needed), just not feeling right, not sleeping right, lots of water, just not feeling like eating alot, etc....plus, I'm not drinking any alcohol and eating mostly all natural unprocessed foods (just in case there is a food trigger). Without the meds and the ch, its a great diet plan!
