I started the Melatonin (9mgs) and Zyrtec (10mgs) does not seem to be working anymore. After the first 3-4 days of starting these meds I was pain free for about a week. They are not near as intense that they are back but nevertheless they are back. At least they are not 2-3 per day....only 1 late at night (~10pm). O2 is aborting them in 5 minutes on 5 lpm.
I noticed in the Melatonin study that 8 of 10 were pain free and they were episodic, the other 2 that it did not work for were chronic. Not good news for me.
After all this exercise talk, maybe I should go back to walking regularly. Maybe that's what caused my last long term remission.
