Tonight has been very, very bad. I am having a hard time dealing with it too - after being able to control it for a while. I cannot take anymore ERCAF. I have taken so much my fingers are numb and my palms itch bad. What else can I do? I have nothing else to control this with. My doc, as expected - cancelled my appt due to the fact I cannot afford it - so now my next appt is 2/23. I wonder if I can hold out until then. Is it a strange thing when you dont quite know yourself anymore or what you will do? I don't even know, care or understand at the moment. Right now, I am living in a nightmare.
