I too have struggled with weight loss since the onset of what appears chronic clusters about 2 1/2 years ago. I have lost a lot of weight (up to 45) but believe most of my problem involved the true inability to get any pain free time at all. I have learned to try to eat whenever i can, and have regained about 15 pounds, but still weeigh less than 100. Besides keeping my weight and energy up, eatingg helps sometimes with the more minor headaches. Don't think any drugs have really played a part. Wwritee me if you want. Been there done that etc etc.
