It sounds like you're at the end of your episode.
I recommend that you keep a headache log.
Put the start date for your episode, how many HAs
per day, and the date of the last severe HA. But
also note when you had the minor ones. Put down
any drugs you've taken, along with dosages. This
information will be invaluable in the future.
It's highly unlikely that you're chronic.
Were you able to control the pain with medication?
