Find a neurologist who specializes in headaches, preferably one who trates both migrane and cluster. I think the recommendation to continually take aspirin is very weak. Also, keep a calendar of the pains and the success/failure of any treatments. Many cluster headaches (CH) are accompanied by sweating/blushing, drainage from one side of the nose, and pupillary abnormalities.
