Cluster headaches are back again

Hi, I just found this site, I have not really had the time to look through. It has been about 3 years since I have had one and they are starting again. I was not sure if there was anything new, the last thing I used was imitrex, but I thought that was taken off the market plus oxygen. any help please!!!!! Linda
