CHs due to smoking. But, even if (and that is a humongous if) we did there are 2 points to be made:
If cancer patients can't win a suit against them with all the evidence staating that it does lead to cancer, how would we ever win?
Also, I started smoking knowing that it was unhealthy and I'm not quite willing to pass the blame for any ill health that arose from it onto them.
