I have to say, I have a lot of hope too. I have tried not to be too optimistic with other medications my partner (JSW) has taken, but the information I have read here re: Diflucan has been different. We got The Yeast Connection Handbook and cookbook last night. After reading some of the handbook I realized that I probably have a yeast infection, although I do not suffer from clusters. All of the things I comment on re: my health fit the symptoms of a yeast infection. I am trying the anti-yeast diet with JSW to help him out and, hopefully, to help myself. Man, I have been to several different doctors who made me think my own symptoms were all in my head, or told me it wasn't a problem. Nobody ever mentioned yeast as a possible factor. Anyway, it's day 3 of Diflucan for Jim and I really, really hope I will/Jim will be able to add his name to the scoreboard. I'll probably be in the chat room tonight...hope to see some of you (and/or your "significant others") there. Jennifer)
