You were right, to an extent. It is a "public domain" message board, however, some people (such as myself) have the ability to DENY ACCESS to people like you!

If you know of anyone else who has cluster headaches, do them a favor and DON'T post a message to the board from their computer!! Their IP address will be blocked too!!! Yahoo!!!
Funny part about it is you can read this message, but you can't even respond!!!! hahahahahaha!!!!
