I did notice capsaicin & circadian rhythms so I'll keep putting that stuff in nose and getting up early and try to be outside when the sun goes down.
No headaches last few days so doc has me coming off of Depakote, but staying on Sansert for now. One or both making me dumb as a stump these days (more than usual).
