For all the years I've had to suffer with my CH's, I've never had anyone to talk to about it that understands until this time around and found this web site. Reading postings by you and everyone else has given me hope and strength to get through another day. I don't always have something to contribute, but I'm still there reading on. E-mail me anytime if you want to. My Cousin is a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy stationed in London with his wife and they tell me London is beautiful. Try and concentrate on that, maybe. I'm planning to visit them sometime after I get over my troublesome CH's. Be sure you're around.
