I took it for a while, didn't like the side effects. The shaking that Tim talks about, he is right, and the involuntary jerks that i had. Also what it does to your thyroid. Really check it out first before you start it, if you not sure u need it. Make sure you ask your doctor about all of the side effects. Your blood needs to be checked periodicly, and u need to watch your salt intake. Hope things work out for u!
