I have the finest full spectrum lights in all the fixtures of all the buildings where I work. They were there when my CH's started 6 years ago
My cycles come and go....
I don't get them at work though...but I think this is the nature of my beast rather than tied to the lights...but...I dunno.
But I certainly encourage any and all experimentation to deal with CH. The more puzzle pieces we try..the better.
