OK - you're angry at people's comments - but you bring it on yourself.
The only thing CH-relevant here is the issue of drinking alcohol while in a cluster period.
And that IS a HUGE cluster headache issue.
For anybody with Ch experience OR acquired knowledge of CH, or BOTH - there are few things cetain. One of those certain things IS that alcohol WILL make an existing cluster situation much worse.
To drink while in a cluster IS an absolutely stupid act OR an indication of an unusually high importance placed on ingesting what is after all, a clinical poison.

If by this you mean the alcohol topic - guess what - drinking is NOT an indicator of adult behavior - it is either neutral or negative, depending on the person - but not positive.

There are a couple of oldtime aphorisms that aren't far off, you might consider:
If you get really angry over something someone says about you, chances are it's because they're right.
If something somebody SAYS or THINKS about you makes you angry, the only real problem you have is your anger.

You seem to think this is a ironically witty comment, as if it was obvious you AREN'T being stupid.
I don't know if you ARE stupid, and wouldn't say so if I did think it.
BUT - I do feel you are saying a lot of stupid things - if it's your idea of wit, take it somewhere else; if you're sincere - maybe you better consider these folks' responses - it JUST MIGHT HELP YOU.
And by the way-
If you DO have cluster headache, there is probably no single thing anybody could do to HELP you more, than suggest you chill out on the drinking, at least while you are in a cluster period.
Did it ever occur to you that nobody here knows you, and that nothing you do has any effect on their lives -
so there is a pretty high likelihood they ARE trying to help you
