Well, I've been having daily headaches for the last several
weeks and finally found this site. Though I haven't been officially
diagnosed, I'm convinced after exploring this site and taking the
quiz that I suffer from clusters. I was misdiagnosed as having a
sinus infection at an urgent care clinic and the antibiotics did
nothing but give me a stomachache. I have three or four attacks
a day of incredible pain around my right eye, ear, and cheek which
last for 30 minutes to an hour... one in the morning, one in the
afternoon, and one or more in the evening. My right eye waters up
and sometimes wants to close, my right ear pops, and I am driven
to slapping the side of my face with my hand several times and
pounding on furniture in frustration. I'm up to 8 on the Kip scale.
I am definitely going to see a neurologist but I'm afraid that it
might take a while to get an appointment. I guess until then, I'm
just going to have to endure the pain. I'm really glad I found
this site though. Thanks for reading my post.
