It is nectar to my soul. I've never done the 1/3 shot thing. But I know that the full dose works in 2 minutes every time for me, even if I am in a full blown, considering life on the other side, asking the aliens to find a new way of communication, stark raving mad attack. Okay I remember one time I was at work and had to do another shot after the first one just knocked it down to a level 6. but only once.
