Maybe you could reach the lethargic people if you didn't hide your e-mail address so well :)
Put it in the box labeled 'E-Mail' n the submittal form (between the 'Name' and 'Subject' boxes) and your name will appear in blue. Then, by clicking on your name, a new mail composer window will open, with your address already inserted.
