My neuro and reg. dr. had both heard of chronic clusters so I didn't have to deal with that. I guess either your neuro hasn't been reading and studing latest medical manuals and/or doesn't treat many ch patients. The choice is yours either educate him with posts threw the archives or find a new neuro. My didn't think cluster headache patients could have more than one ha in a day and thought I was nuts when I said I was having more ha in a day than one. I had to educate her. Good luck in whatever path you choose.
