Yes! Many cluster sufferers enjoy complete remission. For women, it often occurs post-menopause. Many males have remissions after reaching their 50s. But there always are exceptions.
You need to see a better headache specialist. I've never seen any clinical research on efficacy of naproxen for cluster; your verapamil dosage probably is too low to be of any use, and I'm sorry, but Excederin is a weak crutch for rescue medication.
Look for a neurologist that specializes in headache.
Also, make sure to consult with that specialist if you use or would ever use any kind of hormone such as estrogen (whether it be birth control, hormone replacement therapy, etc.)
