I got it after a few c h free days, it cleared up after taking 2 Tylenols, three times. I haven,t had a c h for 4 days since. I think my cycle may be over. I quite often get that during a cycle, it is a nuisance but not as painful as a c h. My neuro said it as probably a migraine, but I think it is something else. Maybe it's just a side affect of the headaches or from the stress of the headaches.
My c h's have also switched sides, and they don't always come at the same time of the year.
