I used the lidocaine nose spray for the first time last cluster. It seemed to numb a little of the pain in the sinus area but didn't really do much. Used 4.2% lidocaine. Had to have it mixed up at a local pharmacy. It has a 3 month shelf life so they don't keep it in stock.
