I can't figure out anything for sure about my clusters. I never know when they're going to strike. Of course I get the shadows, but they go from 1 to full blown on the Kip scale in a handfull of minutes.
Sometimes, however, I think anger and stress are certainly related. I had been headache free with very minor shadows for a couple of weeks when yesterday, after nearly getting in two car wrecks (don't you just love Christmas shopping?) and after waiting on my wife, who was in line for ONE HOUR for ONE FRIGGIN' SWEATER in Fashion Bug, I started to get a headache. I kept a mild headache (probably a 3 or so) for a few hours before it went away. Weird.
Then again, I got pissed off today while playing a computer game (I'm real mature like that), and nothing happened. Who the hell knows with clusters? I think they're going to happen, no matter what in the hell you do.
