I experienced a single shadow yesterday. Not sure if it will explode into a full-blown episode, but the fear of the beast has certainly returned. I had almost forgotten how terrible the fear and anticipation is. I have not been to the site for about a month or so, mostly due to crazy work scedule and family issues. Wondering if all the stress had something to do with the shadow. I have been pain free for a little over a year now (I try to forget, so I don't recall the exact # of months) Anyway, I dug out the meds and started up... just in case...
Glad to see the many familiar names, unhappy to see the massive numbers who have had to join the group.
