I have been suffering for this being the 5th year. I cant seem to find any REAL info what causes these CH's. Does anyone have any facts or thoughts. No, I dont smoke and I stopped drinking (still nothing) I even work-out and keep in shape a I still seem to get them EVERY year. Going through a cycle Now. For the life of me I cant figure out why. People ask me, They dont know what causes them? and I say " It just happens I guess" (What type of response is that) Help!!
