I find my ch occur less frequently in the winter months where it is cold and freezing below zero. I have found recently that when in a car and I have a ch to roll down the windows and breath in and feel the cold air helps reduce the level of my headache. I was discussing this yesterday with my husband and he seemed to remember a post a few months back by Kip I believe talking about chilling your o2 and finding relief in that. We were discussing if it was the cold in general that made me feel better of the cold air I was breathing in. Kip I can not remember the date of that post but if you would please share how you chilled your o2 again I would appreciate it. Also any thoughts a few months latter as to if you still think it helps would be nice also.
