Imitrex injections have always stopped my CH's within 10 minutes. Always, never fail. Even when used at the 1/3 dose as described in the Imitrex tip in the left margin. It's the only medication that I can say that about. I've tried the spray and it was ineffective. Amerge will prevent a HA for 4 - 5 hours. Try them.
