Krista, I think the most frustrating thing 'bout CH's (besides the lovely pain) is having others understand. As far your boss, try and educate her(?). I have printed some info from this site and given it to my bosses and Co-workers. I've found through the years that you just need a small support system at work (not everyone understands or for that matter cares).
