As a 16 year sufferer, that's my suggestion. I was exactly where you were at for a couple of months (suicidal thoughts and getting close to actin on them) until maybe a month ago. My headaches are no better, no rarer nor not as intense as when I was in that stage. But, I rode out those feelings and they diminished. If you have any uneeded stressors in your life right now, I'd suggest getting rid of them too. It doesn't sound like you need them at this point and time.
