Morning again all,
I see that the Typical responces are still being discussed
while I have been hard at work with my State Senators and
the Whitehouse promoting the Patients Pain Relief Act of 1999
and the Patients Bill of Rights and on a personal Note Makeing
MY personal doctors aware of the New laws in the State of
Tennessee allowing Doctors to Treat Intractable pain patients
without fear of Proscution or Recourse by the Powers That Be.
I have also given My doctors a Crash course in ADA law thats
The Americans With Disabiltys Act of 1990 and also told them
of The Rights provided me by Social Security and The Department
of Health and Human services I know longer have to deal with
insurance companys or Doctors that want to Experiment on me, I have
the medications that Cause NO measurable harm to the Major organs
of the body and relive my pain Considerably. I respectfully submit to
you the Suffering public that there ARE alternatives to your current
