I'm certainly not an expert but I believe it also works on nerve endings. All I know is what it did for me. I've tried prescriptions, vitamin supplements, chiropractors and none of it worked. Kendall Gill, the NBA player, gets this when his cluster migraines start and it seems to work for him also. I've documented my headaches since 1993. They have never stopped in so short a time before.
