I believe the hypothalamus is responsible for regulating the body temp. The hypo is also the area of the brain that Goadsby has identified as being abnormal in clusterheads. Hypo also regulates the body clock hence the regularity of the HAs. Seems like everything with CH points back to the hypothalamus.
