This is the only drug that I know of that will stop a CH immediately. It takes 10 minutes for mine to work and it has never failed me. The shot is easy relitive to the pain of a CH. I waited for a 9 before I tried my first shot. After that it was almost anytime I started a CH. Use the Imitrex tio in the left margine. It works. Remember though, you are limited to 12 MG/day.
