I am just the opposite with the icepack...If i start to have an attack and i cant take any meds for it b/c i have already taken them, i get a heating pad, turn it on high, put it on my neck and back of my head as tight as i can get it and strap on the O2....It seems to be working...I tried it this last cycle (which has been a bitch) May not work for everyone, but it is definately worth a shot...I cant stand anything cold touching me when i have an attack.
