Why 34? Why a mouse? Anyway, I wrote a semi-threatening letter explaining that
the door was now open to suing insurance companies who do not allow teatrment
for illness for reasons of their own that are not at all base on doctor recommmendations.
My doctor also included a letter stating his reasons for prescribing them as often as he did
and I got a release for the prescription. Why BC/BS of NY is more lenient than BC/BS of MD,
I don't understand. Try writing and ask your doc to include a letter. It can't hurt worse
than your head pains.
