I'm up to 480 mg a day. I'm getting good results with this. But, next time i see my doc. im going to ask him to up it a little bit more. I think if i go just a small bit higher yet. that i will get the best results im going to get.
Are you taking anyting else with this?
I also take lithium 600 mg a day. The two together have given the best results for me in years.
