You made an important point when you said "so many people, all with at least one symptom similar to mine". Clusters, like migraines, are a complex disorder characterized by the existance of a series of symptoms. Each of these symptoms is also symtomatic of other disorders, diseases and/or injuries. It is the concurrent presentation of these symptoms (and the lack of excluding symptoms) which allows for the diagnosis of clusters. There are certainly variations amongst individuals with clusters, but all ch'rs share a preponderance of the documented symptoms and do not present the excluding ones.
