Pay attention to how you sit. Do you keep your back straight and your head up, shoulders down and back? I find that if I bend my head over a task or cock my head to one side while watching TV, or turn around in my chair to talk to someone behind me, I can trigger a CH.
I teach school and am on my feet all day. In 10 yrs of suffering I have probably only had 4 or 5 try to come on during the work day. They all stopped abruptly before getting to the point of incapacitating me. I would have to quit work if this was not the case.
Laying down must be done very carefully. Back very straight with support under the knees and lower back. I will also put pillows on either side of my head to keep me from twisting my neck or turning over on my side while sleeping.
That's my experience.
