Testing for Canadians is there any help?

I Have had clusters since 1991.The doctors here don't even want to give me a CAT or MRI because they are so cheap.Why is it that others with alot less troubles can get things done?Maybe I am to nice?any suggestions please write.I am a mother of two little girls...It is awful when you only look forward to certian times of the year...take care everyone....god bless.
