Margi, I appreciate seeing more info on "lights".
Generally, for the past 27 years my clusters have
occurred in the early fall months. As I type this message, I am using full-spectrum lights. I have faithfully gotten up every morning between 4:00 and 4:30 since Oct. 5 in order to extend my "daylight hrs." to 11.5 to 12 per day. Normally, I am a walking pharmacy this time of the year.
This year, no drugs and only an occasional shadow of a cluster. I am taking it one day at a time
and realize my hopes could be shattered in an instant. I remain optimistic that this is MY
answer to fight this awful disease. I have been reminded on this board that what works for some
doesn't serve everyone with the same good results.
For those of us who are desperate for help, I think it is definitely worth a try!!!! Would love to see postings from anyone else who is successful with lights. Again, thanks Margi for the great post!! It is obvious you are a very caring person. Rose
