I have a little feel good thing I make out of fabric and put cloves and rice into it, my husband has never tried it for a cluster attack, I just had to call him in and tell him the next one he has to pop it into the microwave and see if it helps. Mine are big enough to wrap around the neck and one third of the face, perhaps hitting it from all sides will chase it out, will keep you posted.
