In the interest of advancing research into effective ch treatments, why not try selectively deleting each of the 'bullets' in your arsenal, on at a time? If you can eliminate the "Medrol, Verapramil, Migranol, Imitrex (nasal), and even some of the other non prescription medications" and remain comparatively the same, frequency, pain level and otherwise, you will have made serious strides towards proving not only the existance of a supreme being but also the effectiveness of prayer as a 'medication' for clusters.
There will be no pain in the coffin. Dead is dead.
