I, too, believe in God but I also believe that my faith is very private. Who am I to try to convince someone of the Jewish faith, that my faith is better or that we should hold Christian prayer sessions here in a support group for clusterheads? CH is non-denominational, I'm afraid. Therefore, religion should NOT be an issue here.
Now, if you've read EVERY post back to April of 1998, you surely remember the Pissed Off Pigs post - it was about teaching a pig to sing - you frustrate yourself and end up pissing off the pig.
How is that inflammatory Sonnie? It was an analogy - I don't even remember what it was being compared to but you must, if you've read all those posts. I fail to see the insult there.
I really have to disagree with you about offending true clusterheads by asking to keep this message board exclusive. I think it will be the non-clusterheads - the Ralphyboys - who are going to be offended and that is their choice. I really don't think anyone intended offense...just direction. No one here wishes anyone to be in pain of any sort. I took the overall reaction too Ralphyboy (for example) as a "sorry, wrong window...next window please" offering. Why is that a problem? There are LOTS of "windows" on the internet: migraine windows, religion windows, shopping windows, etc., etc.
Can you tell me in all honesty if a clusterhead arrived at the migraine window, they wouldn't be directed to ch.com? Why should anyone be offended by people offering direction and suggestion for more pinpointed support?
I don't find anything rude, harsh or distasteful in Todd's post - you don't really explain WHAT you found to be rude, harsh and distateful, so I'm still confused.
