Hi, Drummer,
First, don't get anxious; you know that don't help a damn bit! I fly with injections all the time and never a problem. Jet aircraft interiors maintain pressurization to about 12,000 feet maximum when flying at cruising altitude, and usually it is more like 5-7,000 feet of equivalent pressure. Sort of like driving to Denver. I have not had any recent problems with it triggering an attack. Like you, I have read about others having the experience, and have had altitude-related experiences in the past, so I am always prepared. Good luck, and happy landings!
