Well folks on the lighter side of CH com, I seem to be finally over the "cycle from hell". I have been headache free for the last 10 days(I think..sorry, brains toast at this point). Unfortunately I have no idea if it's because of(choose one option only):
a) mega dose of magnesium citrate daily with Betain HCL with pepsin chaser at meals.
b) daily tonic of vitex (chase tree elixer) for the last year
d) lifestyle:ie healthy diet, use of herbs instead of drugs, quit smoking, etc.
c) menopause reduced output of estrogen (as in 0, nothing, notta ,zilch in the estrogen department)
d) headaches came to the end of "their" cycle
e) The water cure
f) all of the above.
Pretty tough call eh? Just between you and me I'd say f...but then again, maybe they're not over and they're just playing with my sanity! - In which case I say F again. Ah well time will tell. I have lots of other problems I can deal with while I wait for the other shoe to drop. I will take all the CH pain free days that I can.
