They have something that hurts and their dr's tell them that they have cluster headaches. When you are seaching for answers, sometimes (not knowing the real pain of clusters) you are so anxious to identify the malady, you grasp at what seems as close to your symptoms as you can comprehend.
In my opinion, Margie says it as it should be said in her post below. She too is straight to the point, steers them in the right direction firmly but kindly.
Surely we can direct the misguided without sounding off like know-it-alls who don't give a
damn about you if you think you do but don't have clusters.
