I have suffered from CH's for 30 years; every 15-18 months for 6-8 weeks. All the preventative stuff the neurologists suggested never worked or almost killed me (beta blockers, Prednisone, etc.). I treat the CH's with a combo of oxygen and Fioronol but not always effective.
I am now looking at alternative procedures and a recent visit to a M.D. who practices neural therapy believes I have mercury poisoning from the enormous number of fillings put in my teeth many years ago. This doctor believes they have contributed to the CH's and he has personal experiences since his father was a CH sufferer. I'm going to work with this guy to see how it goes because he comes well-recommended.
