Well, I had a long good viset with Ken (my doc.) I took in several pages of info with me from this sight and others. We went over all the info together and Ken is going to call a Nuro friend of his and decide what route we need to go. We did up my verapimel to 480 mg a day from 240. We left the lithium at 600 mg a day. ( i did not want to up that. as i get the lithium shakes too bad.) Ken wants me to see how uping my dose works first. If that does not work we are going to change meds.
The pain im getting on my new side is still cluster. Its just that im not used to it happining on that side and im just a little parinoid about it. To me it seems differant but all the trates are exactly the same as they always have b
een.
I am going to try o2 again. But, i like my imitrex so much that its hard for me to justify the additional caust of yet another abortive. ( Imitrex has always been a 100% shure fire abortive for me.)
BTW- Ken told me i need to start considering myself as chroic. ( ok, fine) But, i still like to think of my self as epposidic. Its just that if i keep telling my self that im epposodic.i can see a light at the end of the tunnle. if i tell my self im chronic i feel im sentanceing my self to never geing out of pain. ( is that a weard way to think ?) Anyway that just keeps my hopes up.
