Your doctor is a politically correct and (with due respect) LAZY physician.
He's giving the party line. He's NOT doing his job. Ask him:
What is the physiological pathology that induces the C/H from smoking? If there is NO known cause, how can smoking be a cause?
Has he read ANYTHING about this? Can't have. Simply reading the statistics taken in these very web pages reveals there are AT LEAST
as many non-smokers as smokers who suffer.
Where are the testimonials from the ex-smokers whose CHs have vanished after stopping?
What about the poor kids who've never taken a puff?
What about all those who've quit and STILL suffer the bloody things?
Your doctor should be ashamed.
You need another doctor. One who EARNS his money - by reading, researching, experimenting,
and trying to help his patients ... instead of parroting the party line and collecting his fee.
Does he say, "Thank you - take an asprin - NEXT??"?
Doctors like these blame smoking for hangnails.
what bull. Medicine is supposed to be a science, not a crapshoot.
been there, smelled this, it stinks in any context - but it's obscene coming from a doctor!
